Iced Mint Coffee

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

1 packet instant coffee
4 cups lemonade
2 tsp. sugar
½ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
1 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
Ice

How to Make Iced Mint Coffee

STEP ONE

Dissolve the coffee with a tablespoon of hot water in a pitcher.

STEP TWO

Add lemonade, sugar, cucumber and mint to pitcher.

STEP THREE

Let chill for several hours.

STEP FOUR

To serve, add ice to glasses and pour beverage over the top.
