How to Make Cold Brew

COLD BREW CONCENTRATE

MAKES ONE 48OZ PITCHER

What You’ll Need

2 pitcher packs of Starbucks® Cold Brew (1 box contains 2 pitcher packs)

4 cups of cold, filtered water

How To Make

1. Open foil pouch. Drop both packets in the pitcher.
2. Add 4 cups of cold, filtered water to the pitcher and cover.
3. Steep in the fridge for 24 hours then gently remove the packets.
4. Store concentrate in the fridge for up to 7 days.

For Prepared Cold Brew

1. Follow steps 1 – 4 above.
2. Add 3 cups of water.
3. Serve in a tall glass filled with ice, or skip the ice for a bolder taste.

COLD BREW LEMONADE

SERVES 1

What You’ll Need

1 cup Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate (see directions above)
1/2 cup lemonade (recipe below)
4 oz sparkling water
Lemon slice, for garnish


For Lemonade:
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups still water
2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

How To Make

For Lemonade

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/4 cup of the still water. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved into simple syrup, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
2. In a pitcher or large jar, add remaining water, the simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 7 days.


For Cold Brew Lemonade
1. Fill a glass with ice. Pour cold brew concentrate and lemonade over ice.
2. Stir together and top with a splash of sparkling water and a lemon slice.
3. Serve and enjoy!

GRAPEFRUIT BASIL COLD BREW

SERVES 2

What You’ll Need

4 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate (see directions above)
1 tbsp grapefruit basil simple syrup (recipe below)
4 oz tonic water
Grapefruit slices, for garnish
Basil, for garnish
For grapefruit basil simple syrup
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Zest of 1 small grapefruit

How To Make

For Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
2. Strain out the grapefruit zest and basil into an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.

For Grapefruit Basil Cold Brew

1. Combine cold brew concentrate, grapefruit basil simple syrup, and tonic water over 2 cups of ice and stir.
2. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and basil. Enjoy!

CHERRY COLD BREW

SERVES 2

What You’ll Need

4 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate (see directions above)
2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice
4 oz tonic water
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

How To Make

1. Stir together cold brew concentrate, maraschino cherry juice, and ice.
2. Top with tonic water and garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
